Our Story
The Rice Crispy Factory was founded in 2025 by Leticia ("Letty") Rosalez after a simple request from her daughter for a homemade sweet treat. When her daughter shared the treats with classmates, the overwhelming response sparked an idea that quickly grew into a thriving local business.
With the encouragement of family and friends, Letty transformed a cherished family recipe into a brand known for handcrafted gourmet rice crispy treats. She expanded online while continuing to connect with customers at markets and local events throughout the Rio Grande Valley, sharing her passion for creating desserts that bring people together.
Today, The Rice Crispy Factory proudly offers more than ten unique gourmet flavors, each handcrafted with premium ingredients and an unwavering commitment to quality.
